Wilmington Trust has been named the lead sponsor to the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum’s (CBMM) A Star Spangled Night on Navy Point, 15th Annual Boating Party. The signature, tented event will be held September 8 along the museum’s waterfront campus in St. Michaels, MD. The Boating Party is the museum’s annual fundraising event, with proceeds benefiting the children and adults served by the museum’s educational, exhibit, and boat restoration programs. This year’s event is co-chaired by Cynthia and Doug Jurrius and Talli and Geoff Oxnam. Set along the scenic Miles River, the September 8 fundraising gala begins with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, followed by a full-course gourmet dinner catered by PeachBlossoms, live music, and dancing.
