• When will I get my member cards?

  Your member cards will be processed and mailed to you within 1-2 weeks.

• What happens if I forget my membership card or have not received it yet?

  That's okay! Our Welcome Center staff is happy and able to verify your membership when you arrive.

• Can I receive more than one card?

  Yes, all members receive two cards.

• My member decal looks worn, can I receive a new one?

  Yes! Please contact us and we will be happy to send you a new decal.
